If you have questions regarding your insurance, statement, or want to pay your bill over the phone, our certified and experienced billing staff is ready to help. Online Payment Portal
You must create an account on myproviderlink.com to view a PDF of your statement. You will need your chart number and document ID on your statement the first time to register. If you just want to pay your bill, you can click ‘guest pay’ and enter your document ID located on the bottom of the box on the top right of your statement. If you would like to view or pay your bill online for free, please visit myproviderlink.com.
